4th April 2021 update
During the month of April we will be calling those patients already vaccinated in Dunville and Shore for their Boosters of Covid vaccine.
For those patients not yet vaccinated against covid you may attend the Regional vaccination centres via the HSC-COVID-19 website. You do NOT need your HSC number to book.

- those aged 70 or older at 31 March 2021
- those aged 65-69 at 31 March 2021
- those who are clinically extremely vulnerable aged 16 or over at 31 March 2021 and have a shielding letter
- those aged 60 – 64 at 31 March 2021
- those aged 55 – 59 at 31 March 2021
- those aged 50 – 54 at 31 March 2021
- those who have an underlying condition aged 16 -17 at 31 March, who have a GP letter
The covid vaccine may cause some adverse reactions such as headaches, pains and chills.
IT IS VITAL THAT PATIENTS ARRIVE AT THE VACCINATION SESSION AT THE EXACT TIME ALLOCATED SO WE CAN ENABLE SOCIAL DISTANCING.

Patients must wear a face covering to enter the health centre.
Patients must not attend if they have a new cough or temperature or loss of taste/smell or if isolating from covid contact.

Please note we operate ‘telephone first access’ supported by SMS texts, photographs and videos. Phone calls may be recorded for quality assurance. Repeat prescriptions can be ordered on-line and need 3 working days for completion, these can be collected by your preferred chemist. Phone requests for repeats can only be taken after noon. Staff answering your phone calls may ask for information to help us signpost your needs.
Only urgent clinical matters can be dealt with after noon.
If you have been given an appointment time please wear a face covering and do not arrive early.
