May/June 2022 update
We are closed for staff training 18.5.22 from 12.30 pm, we will re-open 19.5.22 as normal please phone the surgery for further details.
We are closed 2nd & 3rd June for the Queens Jubilee bank holiday - If you have a medical emergency please make your way to your local emergency department. If you require advice from a GP for an urgent matter, that can not wait until we re-open on Tuesday 3rd May at 8am please phone Beldoc on 02890744447.
We will be starting our Covid19 vaccine booster programme at the end of May for patients over 75. Invites will be sent out to those eligible in the next few weeks. We would ask that it is 6 months from you have had your previous booster and that you have not tested positive for Covid in the past 4 weeks.
We respectfully ask that all patients wear a face covering when inside our buildings. Some of our patients and staff may be vulnerable and need protection.
We are presently unable to issue exemptions from wearing a face covering, the onus to provide such remains on the individual person not the GP.
Covid and influenza - These vaccines may cause some adverse reactions such as headaches, pains and chills.
IT IS VITAL THAT PATIENTS ARRIVE AT THE VACCINATION SESSION AT THE EXACT TIME ALLOCATED SO WE CAN ENABLE SOCIAL DISTANCING.
MDT team's are available in our practice.
